This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Leveret AI platform and website. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Permitted Use
Leveret AI is intended solely for:
- Clinical documentation by qualified dental professionals or their authorised staff.
- Legitimate administrative tasks related to dental practice (referral letters, treatment plans, consent forms).
- Personal professional productivity within the context of dental care delivery.
2. Patient Data and Consent
Leveret does not store patient records. If you choose to enter patient-related information to generate a document, you must:
- Obtain appropriate patient consent before using AI-assisted documentation tools in their care, consistent with ICO guidance and GDC professional obligations.
- Inform patients, where required by applicable guidance, that AI tools may assist with their clinical record-keeping.
- Minimise the identifiable patient data entered — only include what is necessary for the document you are generating.
- Ensure you have a lawful basis under UK GDPR before processing any patient personal data.
- Store the generated documents in your own practice management system — do not rely on Leveret as a record-keeping system.
3. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service to:
- Generate fraudulent, false, or misleading clinical records.
- Process patient data without appropriate consent or lawful basis.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary data from the platform.
- Conduct automated bulk requests, denial-of-service attacks, or security probing.
- Circumvent authentication, access controls, or usage limits.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Harass, impersonate, or harm any other user or third party.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
- Resell or provide access to the platform to third parties without authorisation.
- Generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful.
4. Security Responsibilities
You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. Report suspected security incidents to hello@leveret.ai immediately.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account found to be in violation of this AUP, without notice and without refund where violations are serious. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement.
