These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Leveret AI platform ("Service") provided by Leveret AI Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute an End User Licence Agreement (EULA) between you and Leveret AI Ltd.

1. The Service

Leveret AI provides an AI-assisted clinical documentation platform for dental professionals. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be a qualified dental professional or work under the supervision of one. You must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Leveret AI is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your professional dental practice. This licence does not include:

• Reselling or sublicensing the Service to third parties.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code.
• Using the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Scraping, automated data collection, or bulk export beyond your own data.

5. Professional Responsibility

AI-generated content is an assistive tool, not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and documentation. Do not rely on AI-generated content without applying your professional expertise and verifying accuracy.

Leveret AI is not a medical device and is not registered as such. It is a productivity tool for documentation purposes.

6. Patient Data and Consent

Leveret does not store patient records. Generated documents belong to you and must be saved in your own practice management system. If you choose to enter any patient-identifying information into the platform to assist document generation, you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have a lawful basis to process that data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Obtaining appropriate patient consent before using AI documentation tools in their care, in accordance with ICO guidance and GDC professional standards.
• Informing patients that AI tools may be used to assist clinical record-keeping where such disclosure is required by applicable regulatory guidance.
• Minimising the identifiable patient data entered — only include what is strictly necessary to generate the required document.

We process any patient-related content you submit solely to provide the requested AI-generated output and do not retain it as a patient record. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are charged monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

8. Credits

AI credits are consumed when using AI-powered features. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

9. Free Access

Zero-priced accounts provide limited access for a defined period. Credits and access expire at the end of the access period. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free access offers at any time.

10. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without refund where violations are serious.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service (excluding your content) belongs to Leveret AI Ltd. You retain ownership of the clinical content you create using the Service.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Leveret AI disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
